I have found the service of this company excellent. My queries were answered very promptly, with the platinum service I was able to recieve my gifts in plenty of time despite having left it to the very last minute to order and the engraved frames themselves were perfect and were really well packaged. I have been looking for a bizarre gift for my mum: A personalised bingo dabber/dauber. I wondered if there was such a thing or whether it could be a good suggestion for a future product. I realise it is a little over the top but there may be a market out there!!
Having searched unsuccessfully for a Toothpick Holder for my husbands 80th I fortunately discovered this fantastic web site. I’ve just this minute received a packet from the postman containing engraved cufflinks. I only ordered them on Friday (4 days ago) and even with standard shipping they’re here already….and they look beautiful! I won’t hesitate to use this company again.

I ordered a gift before Christmas and thought it would arrive by Christmas but didnt. Wasnt unduly worried due to the postal system but when it didnt arrive after Christmas, I sent an email to Dan. They were closed for the holidays but I had a prompt reply once they opened and Dan said he would either refund or re-do the order. As this was a special gift, I asked him to re-do and the package arrived within 3 days by registered post. I would like to personally thank Dan for his fantastic service and understanding and would not hesitate in using his company again and congratulate him on his communication. Excellent service – A silver plated letter opener with engraving was ordered for a 25th wedding anniversary gift.
