Having searched unsuccessfully for a Toothpick Holder for my husbands 80th I fortunately discovered this fantastic web site. I was prepared to receive the order at least a whole week or more after the event but having explained my predicament to Clare in the sales department low and behold it arrived within 2 days! The packaging and the engraving is absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful so ‘thankyou’ Clare. I can’t wait now to search for another item. This time maybe something for myself!!

I ordered a picture frame with an engraved engagement message. I rang and spoke to the office to query the layout. They were helpful and really nice to speak to. My frame arrived alot earlier than expected. Im really really chuffed with it. Shall strongly recommend and use again.

I’ve just this minute received a packet from the postman containing engraved cufflinks. I only ordered them on Friday (4 days ago) and even with standard shipping they’re here already….and they look beautiful! I won’t hesitate to use this company again.

I have ordered a SS bookmark with name and date engraved on each sides,,, unfortunately I didn’t put my request correctly, my item arrived v quickly.. beautifully presented,, with missing of the date on other side(my mistake) i called customers services,, they quickly offered their help and asked to be send back my bookmark, my bookmark arrived back again to me after 2 day!!! couldn’t believe it…Thanks every so much for all your help, services and efficiency..

I ordered a gift before Christmas and thought it would arrive by Christmas but didnt. Wasnt unduly worried due to the postal system but when it didnt arrive after Christmas, I sent an email to Dan. They were closed for the holidays but I had a prompt reply once they opened and Dan said he would either refund or re-do the order. As this was a special gift, I asked him to re-do and the package arrived within 3 days by registered post. I would like to personally thank Dan for his fantastic service and understanding and would not hesitate in using his company again and congratulate him on his communication. Delighted customer! I ordered an engraved silver plated business card holder. The web site was easy to use and unlike other web sites I had visited this one explained the engraving clearly for example the positioning of the letters and style of font. I was very pleased with the price which included engraving and postage and packing. For me this was the main factor for choosing this site. It kept the total cost within my budget. Our son and daughter-in-law are living in England now and finding and shipping presents to them can be daunting. Some things you would love to send don’t cost as much as sending them. We found the selection for a first anniversary at your site just lovely. Thank you too for taking all the fuss out of sending a card, shipping and engraving.
